Good for one night, not longer

The beds where good, and breakfast was nice

There was nothing to do around the hotel. You could’t go anywhere in the evening and from the whole menu with drinks they only had one beer…

Insane, no service, weak customer service

The worst hotel ever have experiences (and i am a frequent traveller).

No service at arrival (the staff even did not help with the luggage but was playing with their mobile phones instead). The room was not ready and i was offered to sleep in a smoking room!! I denied - and decided not to use my room but to find another hotel instead. And no refund at all. Staff was not motivated at all. Disastrous for a 4 star hotel. I cannot recommend at all.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was really nice. The place is very clean and comfortable.

Could do better

The room was spacious and amenities were okay. The facilties were quite complete and treated well.

I didn't see a laundry bag in the room & no coffee provides. The mineral water wasn't enough (only one bottle), and wish they had an iron as I was staying in a junior suite room. The staff weren't proactive when I left my belongings in the room. Even after I called to search for it, they said nothing was left out. I asked them to check again, turned out it was there. The pool didn't have enough facilities, no towel and not enough seating place. Guests can eat around the pool, which was disgusting, annoying and dangerous.

Very Good

Clean and beautiful rooms. Discounted rate was very good value. Free dinner was nice.

Distance to airport (13km) is VERY misleading, as it takes around 45 minutes to get there by car. Breakfast box (takeaway) didn't include any drink and we couldn't quite understand why it wasn't possible to just eat breakfast on site with everyone already out and about at 5 am.

Location of the hotel not inviting. Buffets b'fast good, menu a la carte average. Despite several requests gym equipment has never been fixed.

Great place to stay, it was close to our meetings and reasonably close to the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in dealing with queries

lack of spirits or wine after a long day it would have been nice to enjoy something other than beer.

Nothing to describe.

The interior design decoration of the room and some smoking rooms are made available for smokers which is convenient.

Toiletries are very basic. There is no additional washing tap attached at shower which is non-flexible of usage and face towels are not provided. Water outlet flow in Bathroom seems very slow and splash out to flow and wet toilet, vanity area. Ashtray for smoking was provided but without any supplement matches.

menu not prepared for international customers, all food are very indonesian

4 star hotel, but service is just okay, example, only on bell boy for the whole hotel so technically you are on your own in bringing luggages up or down. Room aircon takes hours to cool, bathroom has noisy exhaust fan.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was allowed to use the facilities (pool, fitness room etc) after a late check out. Room comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast.

A superb gem of a hotel, at a brilliant price

Hotel wad excellently presented. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The facilities were great.

Was extremely busy sunday morning around 9am and had run out of a great deal of stuff for breakfast, however they did react quickly when asked.

Nice Hotel building in an ugly industrial area with bad restaurants and helpless staff -better avoid

Nice new building, big clean nice furnished rooms, good bed & pillows, clean and functional bathroom, good quick check in, good facilities (lift, etc.)

The quality of restaurants and restaurant staff is very very poor. More then 50% of the dishes on the menu are not availible, the staff need 1 hour to prepare a proper invoice and let us sit without drinks like idiots. The selection of local dishes is huge, international dishes are very, very small. Only one type of beer availible, instead of 3 on the menu. Better go outside the Hotel to the street warungs, so you save a lot of money and get at least the same quality of food and service. The staff don't understand english, they even are not admitting and ask, no, they do everything wrong instead. The pool out of order because of maintenance issues (quality of water) The location of the Hotel is in the middle of an ugly industrial area, if you don't have buisness anywhere close by, choose another Hotel to stay. The Hotel is on the corner with 2 very busy roads, so you have lots of traffic noise and polution till late evening. The best joke is the gym facing the Hotel entry without any blades. So you work out like facing the street.....

We feel very pleasant to stay here on national holiday. The staffs are very helpful and nice. Would

Lobby area has fish pond and mini waterfall, kids instantly fall in love to this place. The room was super nice, modern design and spacious. Bed, blanket, and pillow are very comfortable.

It took quite sometime for the ac to work properly. I didn't have problem with the ac in my room. But in my sisters room it feels warm first, she has to call the room service to fix it.
